Super Troopers 3 review by Alex

Super Troopers 3 is the (you guessed it) 3rd instalment in the Crime Comedy movie franchise: Super Troopers, directed by Jay Chandrasekhar. This entry focuses on Thorny’s pursuit to sabotage Farva, who is soon to be married to Thorny’s Sister. All the while a new drug breaches the US-Canadian border and the troopers are tasked with dismantling the operation. 

The humour very much hasn’t changed from the previous installments, it’s just as silly alongside plenty of vulgar jokes which is exactly what you’re looking for in a Super Troopers film. Throughout the film I was fully immersed within the (while basic) plot, however the practical effects and jokes throughout the runtime keep you hooked.

If you want wacky hijinx and a good laugh, Super Troopers is the right film for you.  Whether you’re returning to the franchise, or brand new you’ll have a great time, sit back with a cold one (if you’re of age of course) and enjoy! While it’s not going to be an award winner, I can very much say that you’ll be entertained throughout the film’s runtime.

If you’re looking for some turn your brain off and enjoy comedy escape – Super Troopers 3 is the movie for you. If you’ve seen the other films you’ll know what to expect. This film won’t be winning any Oscars – but it is lots of silly fun and well worth a watch it you’re in need of lots of laugh out loud moments!!!
